What's happening

Claude isn't just a solo tool anymore. Colleagues at Cobra are starting to use it — first for one-off questions, then for more structured tasks.

The challenges

• How do you share context without sharing credentials?
• How do you make sure everyone's using the right CLAUDE.md?
• How do you stop people reinventing the wheel on topics that are already documented?

• CLAUDE.md per project with rules and context
• Separation of work account vs personal account
• Knowledge Hub as a shared reference: colleagues read the documented patterns here
