Sendcloud × GLS config for the Haute Fidélité Shopify store
Context
I wanted to pool Haute Fidélité's e-commerce logistics with the infrastructure already in place at Cobra (shared Sendcloud account + daily GLS pickup), while keeping distinct, HF-branded customer tracking.
What was built
- Confirmed that the multi-store Sendcloud account works (HF Shopify already connected)
- Carrier selected: GLS (existing daily pickup), parcels 300–600g
- Decision: no additional insurance, basic GLS coverage is sufficient
- Config started: Connected Stores page, next step = tracking branding
What was hard / unexpected
- GLS doesn't deliver to mailboxes — option quickly ruled out
- Tracking branding isn't under Settings but in a dedicated Tracking menu

Real-time operational config session with screenshots — Claude reads the interface, rules out dead ends (mailbox/GLS) and sequences steps without overwhelming.
Still to do
- Locate and configure HF tracking branding in Sendcloud
- Create the automatic GLS shipping rule on the HF store
- Verify that the Cobra GLS contract is accessible from the HF store
